About The Company
Their stock is high-value and individually certified: every stone carries an IGI certificate, and every transfer between companies has to keep that provenance intact. At their volume, verifying and re-entering certificate data by hand was the bottleneck holding the whole operation back.
The Challenge
Certificate data without an open API
Every stone ships with an IGI certificate. IGI offers online verification but no open API to pull that data programmatically, so we built a reliable automated route to it, letting verification happen on scan instead of by hand.
One view across several companies
Stock moves between several companies, tracked in Barak Diamonds ERP and Jweon ERP. The goal was to tie the certificate, the physical stone, and both ERP records into one connected flow.
Precision on individually certified goods
Each stone is certified and valued on its own. Intake had to match every stone to its exact certificate automatically, so provenance stays intact as goods move.
