No paid acquisition history

The brand had relied almost entirely on a referral program. Google Ads was untested at any meaningful scale, with only 4 conversions and under $150 in income before this engagement.

A pricing gap working against the website

The same products sold for roughly half the price on Amazon. Any campaign driving traffic to the website had to work against that price comparison.
